Teaching of the Production and Acceptance Analysis of Instant Urap Seasoning in the Vocational School

Urap is one of the salads or side dishes Indonesian vegetables originating from island Java with basic ingredients half-old grated coconut and seasoned then mixed a spicy, savory, fresh taste. In general, urap seasoning does not last long after being vegetables. It will quickly go stale. Instant solution to stale quickly, besides durable, it can be used practically. The purpose this study was teach how make instant determine public's acceptance. method experimental method, involving 35 people consisting 4 expert panelists, 9 trained 22 untrained panelists. instruments were hedonic test sheets organoleptic sheets. results showed that addition coriander lime juice affected taste aroma family recipe ointment. Thus, made ointment more fragrant savory. difference in palm sugar also affects color between two spices. effect comparison chili types has an impact on flavors. product well received by public.
